100 Hour Sculpt
Teacher Training
Starts September 10th, 2024
Our intention for this training is to provide you with an opportunity to dig deep into your yoga sculpt practice as well as to expand your knowledge of yoga anatomy and teaching concepts. There are two primary goals for this training: 1) You will leave this training with confidence to be able to guide a yoga sculpt class to any population of students and 2) you will leave this training with a new perspective of yourself and your yoga sculpt practice.
You will also leave with a new community of fellow yoga students and teachers!

Talaya Hart / E-
RYT 200
Talaya is a light-hearted yogini with many years and styles of fitness in her toolbox. Talaya is going to make sure you sweat and have fun. Yoga is meant to be a relaxing, uplifting, and powerful experience. Together you will take a few minutes of your day to connect and get stronger, mentally and physically. When she is not sweating at Yoga Room Hawaii, you can find Talaya with Chris and Talley on the beach or adventuring on hikes.
Katie Kreidle / RYT 500
Katie is a 500 hour RYT certified yoga instructor from Golden, Colorado. She began her yoga journey back in 2014 and has continued to embody yogic principles as a way of living. She is devoted to contributing to the collective wellbeing and consciousness of the world through asana (movement), pranayama (breath) and samadhi (meditation).
Riley Lynch /
E-RYT 200
Riley started his Yoga journey back in 2014 with an HPF class. Addicted to the heat right away he signed up for Teacher Trainings to learn how to become an instructor. He loves electronic music and teaches all formats but Sculpt is his favorite class to teach.
Lisa Cupo / RYT 500
Lisa is an original hot yoga/Pilates HIIT instructor. She is simply living life one moment and breath at a time. Lisa loves teaching yoga with the intent to open hearts and create community in oneness.
TRAINING DETAILS
SCHEDULE:
Start Date: Tuesday, September 10th
End Date: Saturday, November 16th
Tuesdays from 5:30pm - 9:30pm and Saturdays from 10:00am - 2:00pm
Only 10 Spots Available!
Attendance is mandatory to complete the training requirements and receive your certification.
COST:
$1,500 for YRH members / $2,000 for students who are not members
Payment plans are available
$500 deposit to secure your spot (Your deposit is refundable up until 1 month prior to the training. If you cancel your reservation for the training within 1 month of the start date, September 10th, 2024, you will forfeit your deposit.)
