Om Vinyasa 1

Light Heat | 87-90 degrees

Explore, ground, and grow in this fundamental flow class. Each class is designed by the instructor to include sun salutations, balancing postures, twists, backbends, and hip openers.

Om Vinyasa 2

Medium Heat | 92-95 degrees

Get ready to flow and sweat in this powerful heat-building class. Each sequence is designed to build strength, increase mobility, and improve the connection between body and mind.

Om Sculpt

Medium Heat | 92-95 degrees

Get ready to move, sculpt, and sweat! Using yoga as a basis, we intentionally target big muscle groups that are integral to a strong practice - the arms, legs, back, glutes, and core.

Try Om Sculpt if you want to:

  • Combine yoga & weight training

  • Add challenge with cardio

Om Hot 26/2

High Heat | 100-104 degrees

Sweat, breathe, and focus in this classic Hatha sequence. Along with breathing exercises, this beloved sequence increases blood flow and oxygen levels in your body, so you leave feeling rebalanced.

  • Move intentionally

  • Balance all muscle groups

Om HPF

High Heat | 100-104 degrees

Sweat, connect, and ground in this intentional, full-body reset class. Each class uses the 26 poses from a traditional Hot 26/2 class alongside vinyasa to increase major joint mobility, leaving you renewed.

  • Focus your mind & breath

  • Balance strength and stretching

 Hot HIIT

Medium Heat | 90-93 degrees

Sweat and move in this quick, intense cardio class! Sequences include heart-pumping exercises followed by short recovery to maximize burn. Each class 30 minutes.

  • Get a quick burn

Om Yin Restore

Not Heated

Slow down, release, and relax in our yin-style class. Each class contains a handful of postures held for three to ten minutes. Classes use props to allow you to fully release into the posture.

Try Yin Restore if you want to:

  • Improve mobility & flexibility

  • Engage in deep release

  • Balance out power classes

Arrive Early

Give yourself time to check in and set up by arriving ten minutes early. If practicing online, check your Zoom link and computer audio.
